The California Rulemaking Law handbook ("APA book") is a convenient resource for the government and private sectors, attorneys, clients, advocates, and the general public.  The APA book contains the primary statutes and regulations governing rulemaking under the California Administrative Procedure Act (APA). It also includes helpful annotations, other selected statutes related to rulemaking, and a comprehensive index.  The handbook is an informational tool only.   Because it is printed only once a year, please refer to the publications of the official statutes and regulations for the most current text.

Books are $8.00 each PLUS postage.
