On November 27, 2017, the Bureau of Cannabis Control, the Department of Public Health and the Department of Food and Agriculture each submitted an emergency rulemaking action relating to the subject of cannabis to the Office of Administrative Law (OAL).
If you want to comment on proposed cannabis emergency regulations, OAL may consider those public comments received by OAL by Monday, December 4, 2017. Comments received after December 4, 2017, will not be considered by OAL.
The OAL email address for public comments is firstname.lastname@example.org. Your comment must also be sent to the appropriate bureau or department by entering in the “cc” line of your email the email address for the bureau or department whose emergency regulations you are commenting on. In the subject line of your email, please clearly identify the topic of the emergency regulations you are commenting on; the topics are provided below.
