Regulations Effective April 1, 2025(Regulations Filed With The Secretary of State from December 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025 Inclusive)

Government Code section 11343 (as amended by Statutes 2012, chapter 295 (SB 1099)) requires an agency to post regulations approved by OAL and filed with the Secretary of State on that agency’s website in an easily marked and identifiable location. The regulations must be posted within 15 days of OAL filing a state agency’s regulation with the Secretary of State.  This information must be kept on the agency’s website for at least six months. This is a table of agency links for approved regulations filed with the Secretary of State within the time frame set forth above.
