On April 18, 2025, OAL published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Action concerning e-submission of documents to OAL. The proposed changes adopt section 4 and amend sections 4 (renumbered to 3), 5, 6, 6.5, 20, 50, and 100 of Title 1 of the California Code of Regulations.
